Greg Eason Jr., Founding Principal
Greg Eason Jr. brings extensive experience as a real estate development manager and investor, with a focus on deploying capital responsibly in emerging markets.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Kenan-Flagler Business School, Greg has a strong track record of managing complex projects and building investment strategies that create long-term value for partners and communities.
His work reflects a disciplined, mission-aligned approach to development that balances financial performance with community impact.
Nate Jester, Founding Principal
Nate Jester brings a unique blend of legal, development, and leadership experience to Cascade Centennial. As a commercial real estate attorney, he has worked on mid- and large-scale real estate transactions across the Southeast.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Nate is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Harvard Law School and a Marine Corps veteran. He approaches development with a focus on disciplined execution, partnership, and long-term community stewardship.
Bishop Gregory Eason Sr, Senior Advisor
Bishop Eason brings more than 35 years of pastoral leadership and deep experience guiding faith-based institutions through community-centered development.
He has led transformational projects such as the Renaissance Walk development at Big Bethel AME, a $33.8 million mixed-use project, and is widely respected for his ability to bridge ministry, development, and community impact.
A graduate of Morris Brown College with a Doctorate of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary, Pastor Eason remains committed to building partnerships that strengthen local communities.
